A people-leadership programme designed to change practice

IPLP is for people leaders across schools and Trusts who need to lead people well and create working environments in which people can contribute at their best. It combines the fundamentals of effective people leadership with inclusion woven through every stage of the journey, rather than treated as a standalone topic.

Individual insight

McQuaig psychometric insight and two individual coaching sessions build self-awareness and leadership confidence.
