Workshop Booking and Cancellation Terms

These terms apply to organisational bookings for Trust Inclusion live online workshops.

1. About these terms

These booking terms apply to Trust Inclusion live online workshops booked by a school, Academy Trust, college, public body, charity, company or other organisation. By submitting a booking, the person making the booking confirms that they are authorised to commit the named organisation to these terms.

2. Booking and confirmation

Submitting the online booking form requests and reserves the selected place(s), subject to availability. A booking is confirmed when Trust Inclusion issues a booking confirmation or invoice. Places are allocated on a first-booked basis.

3. Fees and VAT

Workshop fees are shown excluding VAT. VAT will be added at the prevailing rate. Unless otherwise stated, the standard rate is £395 + VAT per delegate, per workshop. Where four or more delegates from the same organisation attend the same workshop, the team rate is £345 + VAT per delegate. The complete six-workshop series is £1,995 + VAT per delegate.

4. Invoicing and payment

Trust Inclusion will normally invoice the school, Trust or organisation named on the booking. Purchase order details should be supplied where required by the organisation. Unless different terms are stated on the invoice, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date and, in all cases, before the first booked workshop where reasonably practicable.

5. Delegate substitutions

A booked place may be transferred to another colleague from the same organisation at no additional charge. Please provide the replacement delegate’s name and email address as soon as possible so that joining information can be updated.

6. Cancellation by the customer

If an organisation cancels a booked place or workshop series, the following charges will normally apply: 28 calendar days or more before the first relevant session - no cancellation charge; 14 to 27 calendar days before the first relevant session - 50% of the fee; fewer than 14 calendar days before the first relevant session, or non-attendance - 100% of the fee. Trust Inclusion may, at its discretion, allow a booking to be transferred to another available workshop instead of applying a cancellation charge.

7. Cancellation or change by Trust Inclusion

Trust Inclusion may need to change a facilitator, session time or delivery arrangement, or in exceptional circumstances postpone or cancel a workshop. If Trust Inclusion cancels a workshop and cannot offer a suitable alternative, the relevant workshop fee will be refunded or credited. Trust Inclusion is not responsible for indirect losses or other costs incurred by the customer as a result of a change or cancellation.

8. Online delivery and participation

Workshops are delivered live online and are highly participative. Delegates are responsible for having a suitable internet connection and device, and for joining from an environment that enables meaningful participation. Joining links are for registered delegates and should not be shared.

9. Workshop materials

Downloadable tools and workshop materials are provided for the registered delegate’s own professional use within their school or Trust. Copyright and other intellectual property rights remain with Trust Inclusion and/or the relevant rights holder. Materials must not be sold, republished or used to deliver commercial training without permission.

10. Accessibility and reasonable adjustments

Trust Inclusion aims to make its workshops accessible and inclusive. Delegates may contact Trust Inclusion in advance to discuss reasonable adjustments or access requirements. Only information necessary to arrange the requested support should be provided.

11. Data protection

Personal information provided through the booking process will be used to administer the booking, issue invoices, communicate joining information and deliver the workshop. Further information is set out in the Workshop Booking Privacy Notice.
